Better Care International (BETCIN) is a home base care institute that cares for the elderly and destitute in her society. The initiator of this organization realized some years back that she was so much fun of old people of both sexes. She found herself being use to them giving them assistance whenever need arise. In 1997, she became much closed to Pa Grey and visiting him quite often, chatting with him giving him the help he needed from time to time. As time went on, she kept company with him and other elderly around his community. And as a nurse, she gave them even medical assistance, financial assistance, nutrition (food), clothing etc. Still in that neighbourhood, she came in contact with some children who loved going to school but didn�t have the means, so she assisted them by helping them pay their fees.

In 2007, her man of God told her she has a calling from God to take care for the poor and destitute. In that wise, she prayed God to give her direction on the poor actually she suppose to take care of and as time went on the vision came to fulfilment. She now found many more elderly in her community who seem to be hopeless, abandoned to themselves. Though she was afraid that she will not be able to meet up with financial aspect of it because it demands so much sacrifice, but because when God gives a vision, He gives the provision He has always provided. Her husband and her sister have always supported her in this vision. Better Care International (BETCIN) had an official recognition in 2009 according to decree No 77/495/ of 7th December, 1977 determining the creation and running of a private social welfare undertaking, registered 26th April, 2009 of Law No 92/455/PM of 23rd November, 1992. We need partners with kind of vision to join us to give hope again to these ageing and destitute in our society.
